We will provide every gymnast technical, individualized, professional and safe instruction within a well-organized program equipped with a state of-the-art training facility. Competitive Gymnasts at Stars & Stripes Athletics will train in a motivating atmosphere to further build upon their abilities. Training will be developmentally appropriate while maintaining a balance of discipline and enjoyment. 

While Stars & Stripes has a tradition of nearly 2 decades of guiding athletes toward achieving success on the competition floor including numerous state, regional and national champions along with collegiate scholarship athletes; above all, our main objective is to equip athletes with the tools to grow into happy, healthy, productive young ladies ready to take on the world!

Gymnastics is a fantastic sport for children to use as a platform to gain life skills and confidence while having an enjoyable experience with their peers.  Competitive athletes have the opportunity to build a strong foundation both physically and mentally for the sport (and life) by learning the necessary tools to not only survive but THRIVE.
