Basketball Foundation

To be an effective player on the court it’s important to not only master the basics but also continue improving the fundamentals. The objective of the Foundation class is to provide the opportunity for each player to improve and gain confidence in their core basketball skills. Through targeted drills, players will improve their dribbling, shooting, passing, and defensive skills, laying a solid foundation for future success. The Foundation 2 class is for more advanced players to further build upon their foundation. Prerequisites include experience playing, promoted from another class or private evaluation. Foundation 2

Ball Out

This class provides game experience with organized, instructional scrimmaging focusing on practicing real game situations. Coaches will pause during the games to provide constructive critiques and feedback. Designed for experienced players. Prerequisites: must have played AAU/Travel basketball, school team, promoted from another class and/or evaluation before registration.

  • Boys 12-14 years - Mondays 6:15-7:15pm

Combo Training

This class is designed to enhance both physical conditioning and fundamental basketball skills. This program focuses on improving players' stamina, strength, and agility through targeted conditioning exercises. Alongside fitness training, participants will also refine essential basketball techniques, such as dribbling, shooting, passing, and defensive strategies. It's the perfect blend of fitness and skill-building for athletes looking to elevate their game. Shoot

Our shooting skills training class offers young basketball players the opportunity for independent practice, but with guidance from a coach in a large group setting. Players will work on their shooting technique, accuracy, and consistency through structured drills, while the coach provides individualized feedback and tips. This environment fosters both self-improvement, self-motivation and helps players enhance their shooting skills effectively. Skill Clinics

Skill clinics allow players to concentrate intensively on a single skill, providing targeted practice and refinement. This focused approach helps athletes make significant improvements in a short time, building confidence and mastery in key areas of the game. Single session charge of $19.
 

Dribble Clinic: The goal of this clinic is to improve the art of dribbling. Through engaging drills and small-group instruction, young players will enhance their ball-handling skills, build confidence, and develop better control on the court. 

  • Girls 7-9 years: Wednesday, September 11th - 7:45-8:15pm
  • Girls 10-12 years: Wednesday, September 4th - 7:45-8:15pm
  • Boys 7-9 years: Wednesday, September 29th - 7:45-8:15pm

Layup Clinic: The Layup Clinic is designed for young basketball players to perfect their finishing skills at the hoop. Through focused drills and personalized coaching, participants will learn proper techniques, improve accuracy, and gain confidence in making layups. 

  • Girls 7-8 years: Wednesday, October 9th - 7:45-8:15pm 
  • Girls 9-11 years: Wednesday, October 2nd - 7:45-8:15pm
  • Boys 7-8 years: Wednesday, October 23rd - 7:45-8:15pm 
  • Boys 9-11 years: Wednesday, October 16th -7:45-8:15pm
