In Tumble 1 classes, participants are introduced to the fundamentals of tumbling in a supportive and encouraging environment. Coaches focus on teaching basic tumbling skills such as rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and bridges, ensuring proper technique and safety. Participants learn to build strength, flexibility, and coordination through structured drills and exercises tailored to their skill level. These classes provide a fun and engaging introduction to tumbling, allowing beginners to explore movement and develop confidence in their abilities.


The student to coach ratio is 8 to 1 (one 40 min. class/week)

Summer Flex Schedule

Our Summer FLEX program allows you to register per class rather than commit to an entire month providing FLEXIBILITY for your summer schedule. If you purchase FOUR or more classes AT ONE TIME, you will receive $5 off each class. Please contact the main office via text to receive the adjusted price. We DO NOT offer Make-ups or Refunds with our Summer FLEX Program. Please call at least 24 hours before the class to reschedule. The summer Flex Schedule runs July 6th-August 27th.

You can also mix and match between programs-gymnastics, tumbling, and ninja warrior. Contact our office for more details!
